Resolving a damp issue with a silicone-based render. New soffits, gutters and downspouts. Upgrade of the internal pipework to improve heating and installation of a new shower room.

Significant portions of the roof required attention and all the soffits, gutters and downspouts needed be replaced. A number of different trades were needed and scaffolding put in place to carry out the work. This was done without fuss and at a very competitive price. The new clean lines unfortunately highlighted the rather addled and drab state of a large portion of the rendering. This became the next job and once again Mark pulled all the necessary together and the result by using the right materials has been first rate. I am being continually being nagged by my wife to get him to do some of the jobs at our main home that I keep promising to do myself. Shame he is too far away. I can only unreservedly recommend him to oversee and deliver on any project large or small.”
